Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor required with a minimum of two years experience within the groundworks and civil engineering sector. The applicant must be highly motivated and organised and capable to manage daily management of contracts and maintenance of records, preparation of interim and final accounts and be responsible for the financial analysis of the contracts. Site Supervisor Your role will be to ensure that the standard of work produced is good quality, ensure correct plant, equipment and materials are available and completion is achieved on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining site diaries and other such site paperwork such as material orders, daily records and health & safety inspections. You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to motivate and drive teams. 180 Degree Operators and 360 Degree Operators We are currently recruiting suitably experienced 180° Operators and 360° Operators for permanent positions. All applicants must have a valid CPCS blue card and full driving licence. Groundworkers Ground worker required for foundation work, drainage installation, drive entrances existing footpaths. Must be experienced and hold the CSCS card. Drivers licence also advantageous |
